Allison Brim is a long-time organizer who started working for ACORN in Dallas, Texas in 2005. In this interview, she discusses what brought her to organizing, the close relationships she built with member/leaders, various campaigns she was involved with, and what made ACORN in Texas unique — including the role of Christinaity in the South. She also discusses the end of ACORN in the U.S. and starting the Texas successor-organization, Texas Organizing Project (TOP).
